Annie Wersching Bio
Annie Wersching was born March 28th, 1977. She is an American actress. Her roles include Renee Walker on the American TV show 24. Motion capture and voice work was also performed for Tess in the videogame of NaughtyDog, The Last of Us. Wersching was raised in St. Louis. She graduated in 1995 from Crossroads College Preparatory School. In her early years, she competed in Irish dance and was part of the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. Millikin University gave her a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, which was her final degree in 1999. Wersching's acting debut was a guest appearance in Star Trek: Enterprise. Later, Wersching was invited to be a part of guest shows such as Charmed and Killer Instinct. From March to November 2007 she played the role of Amelia Joffe on the ABC Daytime soap show General Hospital. Other credits in the theater include the Victory Gardens, Marriott Lincolnshire and the Utah Shakespearean Festival. Wersching has also been seen in a variety of guest roles on television shows like CSI, NCIS and Rizzoli & Islands, Hawaii Five-0 and Body of Proof. 2014 saw her as the regular series star for the Amazon Prime crime drama Bosch. Wersching played the National League's catcher in 2009's Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game. In December 2012, it was revealed that Wersching was the voice actor and mo-cap actor of Tess in the PlayStation 3 exclusive The Last of Us. Geoff Keighley teased her character on Twitter before she was announced in the Spike Video Game Awards story trailer on December 7, 2012. Wersching was set to take on the character of the Borg Queen on Star Trek: Picard in September 2021.
