Miley Ray Cyrus is an American actress, singer musician, actor, and songwriter. Her distinctive vocals that are raspy, her music incorporates elements of a variety of styles and genres, including pop, country pop hip hop, experimental and rock. With a total of 13 songs, Cyrus is the female artist who has had the most US Billboard 200 Top-five Albums in the 21st Century. The controversy surrounding her private life, public appearance and appearances has brought media attention. Cyrus was the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus and became a popular teen star after she was cast in the title role on the Disney Channel television show Hannah Montana (2006)-2011. As Hannah Montana, she attained three top-five and two top-five soundtracks on the US Billboard 200, including the US Billboard Hot 100 top-ten single "He Could Be the One". Cyrus's discography comprises Meet Miley Cyrus (2007) and Breakout (2008); and Bangerz (2013). The singer has two albums that are top-five: Can't Be Tamed (2010) and Younger Now (2017). Miley Cyrus and her Dead Petz (2015) is her debut album that is free. The top five also featured Cyrus's EPs The Time of Our Lives (2009) and She Is Coming (1999). Cyrus has been a coach for The Voice, a singing competition, for two seasons. In addition, she appeared as Ashley Too on "Rachel, Jack, and Ashley Too" on Netflix's Black Mirror (2019). Cyrus is a vocal advocate for animal rights. She adopted a vegan lifestyle in 2014; she also founded the non-profit Happy Hippie Foundation in 2014 with a focus on homelessness among youth and the LGBT community.
