Anna Kendrick
Anna Kendrick was the daughter of Janice
Cooke, who is an accountant and William Kendrick (a teacher). Michael Cooke
Kendrick is her older brother and was also an actor. She is from English,
Irish, and Scottish descent.For her performance in the show "Dinah"
in "High Society" on Broadway, Anna Kendrick was nominated for an
Tony Award (second youngest ever) as well as the Drama Desk Award, and the Fany
Award (best actress featured in a musical). Her amazing performance won her the
Drama League and Theatre World Award.She was a lead actor with Cabaret's Kit
Kat Club at "Carnegie Hall Live" in Great Performances: My Favorite
Broadway The Leading Ladies (1999) (TV). Alongside Scott Ellis and Susan
Stroman, she had the opportunity to work with Jeremy Irons at the New York City

an Oscar nomination between the second and third seasons of the series. In
September 2013, she has the unique privilege of appearing in three major
musicals on screen - Into the Woods (2014).
