Arnel Pineda

Arnel Pinda is an Filipino singer-songwriter. He gained fame in the Philippines during 1890s, and after that, internationally, in 2007 when he became the lead singer of American rock band Journey. Arnel is 54 years old at the time of 2021, he was born Arnel Campaner Pineda on September 5 1967 in Tondo, Manila, Philippines. Each year, his birthday falls on September 5. His father was six months behind on rent and thus unable to ensure his family had a source of income. Therefore, his father asked his relatives to help Arnel. Arnel has three brothers and sisters: Roderick Pineda; Joselito Pinda; and Russmon Peda. The family was in a state of disarray, Arnel quit school and began to work to alleviate his father's burden. Arnel spent almost two years in the streets, sleeping where he could, in public parks or in an uninspiring bench in front of a friend's crowded house. He gathered glass bottles, newspapers and scrap metals, and offered them to recyclers. Arnel also did odd jobs, like docking ships, and cleaning scrap metal. Cherry Pineda and Arnel are married. The couple got married in 2001. got married. The couple have two children together: a daughter (Theachenelle Pineda) and a son (Cherub). Arnel also has two older sons, Matthew and Angelo.
